Junior Data Recovery Assistant
Role: Provide technical and administrative support for recovery operations.Responsibilities: Run initial diagnostics and create intake reports. Prepare and organize devices for recovery procedures. Handle basic recoveries (accidental deletion, minor logical corruption). Learn to use entry-level recovery software under supervision.
Data Recovery Technician (Board-Level/Device Focus)
Role: Perform entry to mid-level recoveries on mobile devices and computers.Responsibilities: Execute chip-off recoveries on smartphones and tablets. Perform micro-soldering on NAND, eMMC, and SSD modules. Assist in recovering lost partitions, deleted files, and corrupted OS systems. Escalate advanced cases to Specialists/Engineers.
Data Recovery Specialist
Role: Handle mid-to-advanced recovery cases under senior guidance.Responsibilities: Diagnose drive failures (mechanical, logical, electronic). Recover data from physically damaged drives, corrupted file systems, and failed partitions. Use specialized tools (PC-3000, R-Studio, Cleanroom techniques). Senior Brand Ambassador
Role: Represent YUFixit at events, schools, local businesses, and online channels.Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with communities and small businesses. Generate leads for bulk repairs, app subscriptions, and customer acquisition. Mentor junior ambassadors on best practices. Collect customer feedback to share with marketing and sales teams.
Brand Ambassador Manager (Team Lead)
Role: Oversee all YUFixit brand ambassador initiatives across YUFixit Apps and YUFixit.com.Responsibilities: Recruit, train, and manage the ambassador team. Develop marketing campaigns to increase app downloads, website traffic, and service bookings. Track KPIs (signups, referrals, social engagement). Serve as the main liaison between ambassadors and senior leadership.
