All Devices shipped into the service center will be processed in 24 to 48 hours hours, unless otherwise noted. Before all devices are shipped, please contact us to request a shipping form. Do not send us any devices without the shipping form. We will need authorization to work on your device/s and the authorization signature is on the shipping form.
