Senior Cell Phone Board-Level Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cell Phone Board-Level Repair Technician with the expertise to perform the most complex electronic diagnostics and micro-soldering repairs on smartphones and tablets. This role is for a true board-level professional who can troubleshoot down to the component level and deliver results that go beyond part replacements. Key Responsibilities Perform board-level diagnostics and micro-soldering repairs on iPhones, Samsung, Google Pixel, Huawei, Motorola, and other leading brands. Identify and repair faults in power management ICs (PMIC), audio ICs, charging ICs, touch ICs, Tristar/Tigris, baseband, WiFi/Cellular chips, and display circuits. Execute BGA reballing, CPU/GPU reflow/replacement, jumper wire/traces repair, and multilayer board troubleshooting. Handle advanced repairs such as liquid damage restoration, short-to-ground diagnosis, no power/no image faults, backlight repairs, and network-related issues. Read and interpret schematics, ZXW, and board-view software to guide precise fault isolation. Operate under a microscope with hot air rework stations, DC power supplies, ultrasonic cleaners, and thermal cameras. Maintain clean, ESD-safe work practices and ensure consistent, reliable repairs. Mentor junior technicians and help establish best practices in the repair lab. Qualifications 5+ years of proven board-level repair experience on modern smartphones and tablets. Expert in micro-soldering, fine-pitch component handling, and rework of BGA/QFN/SMD components. Strong knowledge of iPhone logic boards, Android mainboards, and common chip-level failures. Skilled with diagnostic software, multimeters, oscilloscopes, and board-view tools. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving ability and steady hands.
