We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead YUFixit’s growth in the education sector. This role focuses on building and managing partnerships with schools, universities, and educational organizations that require bulk device repair and maintenance services for laptops, tablets, and classroom technology.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, IT directors, and purchasing departments.

Secure bulk repair contracts and service agreements tailored to educational institutions.

Create proposals and pricing models aligned with school budgets and procurement processes.

Drive outreach campaigns to districts and private schools across NJ/NYC.

Collaborate with operations to ensure service quality meets the needs of educators and students.
Qualifications

3–5 years of sales or business development experience (education, IT services, or technology repair preferred).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus.

Understanding of educational procurement cycles and budget planning.

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
