YUFixit.com – Non-Return Policy
At YUFixit, our goal is to provide high-quality diagnostic and repair services with integrity, transparency, and efficiency. Due to the nature of our work—where time, labor, and parts are invested into diagnosing and servicing devices—all sales and repairs are final.
1. No Returns on Repairs or Services
Once a device has been serviced, repaired, or diagnosed:

No refunds or returns will be issued for labor or parts.

All approved services are final and non-refundable.

Devices left for diagnostic or repair that are not retrieved within 30 days may be subject to storage fees or considered abandoned.
2. Parts and Components
Any parts installed during repair are:

Non-returnable once installed, opened, or used.

Covered under our limited 60-day warranty for functionality (not physical damage or misuse).

Sourced specifically for each customer’s repair and therefore non-refundable after service is completed.
3. Diagnostic Fees
All diagnostic fees are non-refundable, even if the customer declines the recommended repair after diagnosis is completed.
4. Customer-Provided Parts
YUFixit is not responsible for the performance, compatibility, or warranty of customer-supplied parts. No refund will be issued for labor involving parts not sourced by YUFixit.
