We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Drone Repair Technician with extensive hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing consumer and professional drones (DJI, Autel, Parrot, Skydio, and more). This role is for a technician who thrives on tackling complex board-level, mechanical, and calibration challenges that go far beyond basic part swaps.
Key Responsibilities

Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on drones, including gimbal assemblies, camera modules, motors, flight controllers, GPS systems, and power circuits.

Handle micro-soldering and board-level repairs (ESCs, connectors, sensors, ICs).

Calibrate flight systems, gimbals, and sensors for precise operation.

Repair or replace drone frames, arms, and other structural components.

Stay current with firmware updates, flight software, and manufacturer repair protocols.

Mentor junior technicians and establish repair best practices.
Qualifications

5+ years of drone repair experience with strong expertise in both consumer and professional UAVs.

Proficiency in micro-soldering, PCB diagnostics, and electrical schematics.

Skilled with drone software tools, calibration equipment, and flight diagnostics.

Experience troubleshooting crash damage, water damage, and advanced electronic failures.

Detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to deliver repairs that meet or exceed manufacturer standards.
